Terms of Service

By logging in with Discord and using this website (the “Site”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose

This Site exists solely to support the airBaltic Roblox roleplay community: browsing open positions, submitting applications, viewing partnerships, flight schedules, and community blacklists. Nothing on this Site constitutes a real-world employment offer, travel service, or financial transaction.

2. Account & Discord Login

You must log in with a valid Discord account to apply for a position. We use Discord OAuth solely to identify you and check your membership/roles in the airBaltic Discord server. We do not receive or store your Discord password.

3. Applications & Staff Decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Staff review applications at their discretion and results are communicated via Discord direct message. Staff decisions regarding applications, blacklist entries, and partnerships are final within the context of this roleplay community.

4. Conduct

You agree not to submit false information, attempt to circumvent role-based access controls, or use the Site in any way that violates Discord's or Roblox's Terms of Service and Community Standards.

5. Blacklist Disclaimer

Blacklist entries reflect the opinions and internal moderation decisions of our staff and relate exclusively to roleplay conduct. They are not statements of fact about any real person or organization outside of this roleplay community.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
